Interesting or Terrible? Retitled as "Ruth Resler, Paris 1890's"

I did a watercolor and ink portrait of my grandmother, Ruth Resler. I really like it because it reminds me of her, though it can't really be said it looks too much like her. That's not true it does look like her. But is it good? What makes it good or bad? When I look at it I smile so I guess that's something.
